I installed apache, mysql and php in hardrive root c. For this all mysql data saved in c. But when c has not sufficient space what shall i do, or if it is possible to save data in another root like d,e…
And i have to save php file c/apache/htdocs to php file to run. If i change the saving place then server will work with php. And if i want to transfer all data to another pc then how it is work.
In that time how mysql data transferred.
How can i send my file to another server(not local server). And how to local server.
If you want MySQL to run (and store) from another folder (or drive), you’re gonna have to re-install it to configure it for the new target drive. Be sure to save your /data folder though, so you can easily copy your existing MySQL structure into the new install.
