500 Internal Server Error Help

Hello i have just uploaded my cms to my hosting and i receive 500 Internal Server Error that comes from the .htaccess file (on my localhost with wampp i do not have problem)

Here is what is inside the file:

I have checked in my phpinfo on hosting that max_input_vars is default 5000
How to fix it ?

You can only put php settings in a .htaccess file if php is running as a server module, which it typically will be in the all-in-one development systems. If php is running as a cgi application, this results in an error. You would need to put any php settings into either the master or a local php.ini.

but i do not understand what to type i check all php extension were enable in hosting with phpinfo
