Formerly a journeyman prototype machinist, I also grew up with electronics so when computers appeared I not only built one but I started a small home-based business of building and selling computers while also doing Web programming at the very beginning of the Internet. It was fun trying to build a nice site into the 1MB that my ISP provided but not only did I do so but I also built it with a text-based relational database of sorts using Perl! Since then, I’ve worked on many sites of my own for fun and while doing that I’ve created internal browser-based tools for Adobe and other large companies along with several public sites for nonprofit companies. I am also a vintage car and music hobbyist so my site linked below is for the latter which is far more complicated than its legacy-looks appear. All are in the midst of full reprogramming to bring them into line with more recent versions of PHP.
