Without looking at the ad code and doing some extensive work on it, I can’t suggest an easy way of doing it I’m afraid.

The whole thing. The level of customisation you want is quite extensive - it might be worth looking into getting a freelancer unless you have PHP knowledge yourself.
Would you be capable of handing this project? And if so what would you charge and how long would you estimate the completetion time? My php knowledge is very limited thats why I am looking for an outside source to help complete this.

In terms of looking for one, I would definitely recommend using a service that gives you reviews and examples of past work - or at least past clients that are happy with what was done.
