Also it looks like version 6.4 does the friendly urls, you should upgrade to that version.

I did not originally think that Ecommerce was where I needed to look. I went from SEO moz to thinking I had to go straight to my back end of the website and placing the code in. I do have the SEO friendly URLS but I will move over to the Ecommerce support forum and see what I can find out and I will read through the link you gave me. Thank you very much for all of the advice and help.
