I’ll assume you got the PHPMailer object from somewhere, rather than wrote it yourself 
In which case it shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes to look it up in the documentation that should be provided with it.
Ragster was right btw, the second line ‘Content-Type: text/html’ is the key here.
