Hello.

I found this [post](https://easywebdesigntutorials.com/create-your-own-author-bio-box-in-wordpress-without-a-plugin/) and am quite happy with its function and the way it looks the only problem is for me the instructions are not quite so clear. I added the first part to my themes functions but am still trying to figure out how to put the rest together.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to proceed.
