I need to make so my website only show the documents that are created within the last week.

If you store the documents in database, one of the columns could be a date of creation.
The SQL query can be built that it selects documents based on such criteria - by that i mean it will select documents from table where creation date (less then 7 days from now)…
I’ll go with, what have you tried so far.
There are two ways to do this depending on how you have added files. Thru a database record like Cluster_One stated. Or basing a directory search off of the file meta data.
