I have been visiting a website which is using a Javascript…I Don’t know what it is but it Includes different headings on the left side with categories and Whenever i click a category…Different products show in a list on the center of page…
but the URL of the page doesn’t change. And It is fast.

Well, you are talking about a standard menu system I would guess.
This can be handled using forms and PHP code to sort out what was selected or it can be Javascript
and JQuery and AJAX to load data into the right side.
