Need help with insert_once code in mySQL

I need to put the following code into /templates/Beez_20/index.php using mySQL server.   I am using Joomla! 2.5.  I am not sure how to write out the code:

<?php include_once('/home/content/46/9456446/html/oiopub-direct/index.php'); ?>

Any help is most appreciated.  I tried several different ways but got the 1604 errors every time.
