WHMCS, PHP and Errors

Hello,

I had to reinstall PHP for my WHMCS insalltion. I am using version 5.3.13 on Windows Server 2008 with IIS7 and getting the following error in my PHP error log:

[04-Jun-2012 16:52:58 UTC] PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: pdo_sqlsrv: Unable to initialize module

PHP    compiled with module API=20090626
These options need to match

Any ideas what that means?
