Can someone help me get this Tutorial Demo to work?

Thanks for reading! I am trying to get this tutorial demo to work so that I can learn from it. When I run the file and install everything on my php server, after it asks me to input my name, it takes me to jumpin.php and that just dumps a bunch of html!

I can't tell what's going on.

Can one of you guys try and see if it works on your machines? It's really a five minute thing.

I found out it was my WAMP installation.

I uninstalled it because it wasn't working correctly. Then I installed XAMPP, which works perfectly.
