Hi team,
Just wanted to say how glad I am to have found such a helpful site.
I am an Oracle developer (10 yrs experience) but just making my first forays into web development, using Joomla and MySQL.  So I am new to PHP but experienced with programming and database concepts.  I am building a database-driven web site for our church's small group ministry as a free project to get my feet wet.  Interesting so far.

Welcome aboard,

Hope you find what you need here. It seems some of our regular posters are taking a break for a while. Not sure what happened. Hopefully we will get to your questions sooner rather than later. Also hope you can stick around to help others out with there problems/questions as well.
