I’m helping a friend of mine with her WordPress website and something there is screwed up. Need some help with tracking the possible bug. I hope someone here will be able to help.

What do you need help with? Didn’t think it was a complicated question.
I was trying to post the question but without including the link to the page to see what has to be fixed it does not make any sense. I’m not sure how to proceed.
Absolute first thing to do is to check the error logs. If it is on a linux system, it should be in a log directory.
