Wordpress php.ini upload_max_filesize at 32MB

Hello,

my Worpdress installation won’t work. I can’t upload any files. When i try to upload files this message is coming:
German:
“Die hochgeladene Datei überschreitet die maximale Größe von upload_max_filesize, die in der Datei php.ini eingetragen ist.”
English:
“The uploaded file exceeds the maximum size of upload_max_filesize </ code>, which is entered in the php.ini </ code> file.”

In my php.ini at /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini i set at the line upload_max_filesize = 32M.

From jupiter I get this message:
“Please resolve these issues for maximum compatibility!
Maximum Upload File Size: 32MB, upload_max_filesize should be at least 10MB.”

It also won’t work when i set it to 10 MB.

Thanks for your help

Did you restart the server after you changed it? Just changing the value won’t do anything without a server restart.

I restartet the apache 2 service and the php service.

Now i rebootet the server and the messages are the same. I can’t upload any file. 32KB file is also too much…

Make sure you are editing the correct one. There are two, one for the command line (CLI) and the other apache uses.
