search form / mix web issue

I’m having an issue with a search form on my web site I’m a newbie at this @ http://www.psr1.com/repair_status.php under the customer search it was setup that you would enter the criteria click search it would open a new page and display the results. this issue is it searches a db on another sight and they changed from java to aspx which I changed the page is was to search but not all it does is open the page not auto insert the search parameter and display the results

If they change from Java to Aspx, there is most likely a lot more that has changed, probably the entire site.

You will probably need to contact the site that you are posting to.
